Snapshire is a photography enquiry and matching service. We connect you with independent professional photographers across England, and handle the back-and-forth of finding one who suits your plans.

Tell us what you need
Use the enquiry form: what you’d like photographed, where, when (or that you’re flexible), and where to send your options. It takes less than a minute. You can add a budget or other details afterwards if you like — or tell us when we reply.
Free, and no obligation. We only ask for details the match actually needs.

We match your request with suitable photographers
We look at who works in the area, whose style suits the kind of photographs you want, and who might be free on your date. For a surprise proposal or a tricky location, we’ll ask a question or two first.
If we can’t cover your date or place, we tell you plainly and quickly.

Receive availability and a personalised quote
We come back with availability and a written quote: the photographer, the session length, what’s delivered and when, the price, and the terms — including what happens if plans or the weather change.
Every public price is a “from” price. Your quote is the real figure.

Confirm your photography experience
When you’re happy, accept the quote. Only then is your session booked. Your photographer will be in touch to plan the details — meeting point, timing, what to wear.
Nothing is booked, and nothing is paid, before you accept.
What Snapshire does — and doesn’t
We find and suggest photographers, explain the options and prepare your quote. The photographers are independent professionals; your quote sets out exactly who is photographing your session and on what terms.
We don’t claim to cover every corner of England on every date. We’d rather tell you we can’t help than book someone unsuitable.
About the process
What happens after I send an enquiry?
We review your request, look for suitable photographers who are available for your date and place, and come back with availability and a personalised quote. If we cannot cover it, we tell you.
What should I include in my enquiry?
The type of shoot, your preferred date and time, the location, how many people will be photographed and anything special you have in mind. The more we know, the more accurate your quote. Send a request when you are ready.
When is my shoot booked?
Only when you accept a written quote that confirms the photographer, date, price, deliverables and terms. Until then, nothing is booked and you are under no obligation.
Can I speak to the photographer before I book?
Ask when you enquire. We can put you in touch with your photographer to talk through the plan before you accept a quote.
What if my plans are still vague?
That is fine. Tell us what you know, such as the occasion and roughly when and where, and we can help you shape it into a plan and a quote.
