Getting there and around
Torquay station is on a branch from Newton Abbot, which has trains from London Paddington, Exeter and Bristol; some services run through to Torquay. The station is close to the seafront.
By road, the A380 links Torquay with Exeter and the M5. Parking in the town centre and near the coves is paid and limited in summer. The Dartmouth Steam Railway runs from neighbouring Paignton to Kingswear in season, which can be combined with a trip to Dartmouth. Torquay is hilly, so your photographer will plan a route that keeps walking between spots manageable.
